Put a * infront of your text to search for all cards INCLUDING the word, eg :

"Vigor" returns Vigor, Vigor Mortis...
"*Vigor" returns Amulet of Vigor, Crown of Vigor...

Add the tag "s:" (or "set:" "e:" "edition:" which all do the same thing)
